Sponsorships / Advertising allow companies to further promote their profile on MYLONDON BEAUTY by becoming a sponsors.

MyLondon Beauty may refuse to provide paid services without giving a reason.

Priority listing – for Premium account position in category will be higher than Basic, for Gold account position will be higher than Premium.
Top priority in category – priority listing in one category
Category it is one category (service or technology) with location (country or city) = one URL, for example /web/us - companies can change category only where their office placed.
Badges - Basic, Premium and Gold account can place a MyLondon Beauty badges on their websites.
Research & Leaders - custom research and mention in MyLondon Beauty annual review or in Leader Matrix
Magazine article publication - one post in MyLondon Beauty.com/mag page
Social marketing post - one post in one MyLondon Beauty Social network account (like facebook, twitter or Instagram)
Multiregional function - possibility to place 2 locations (two company pages or two cities in one page)
Detailed review - mention company with detailed review in MyLondon Beauty annual research article
Free Awards participation - Free Awards participation in all MYLONDON BEAUTY AWARDS during the term of the account
Premium support - priority human email support

Response time to inquiries / emails: we don't support basic plans and free plans, we support only premium and gold plans only by email, time to answer can be from 1 business day to 7 days (depending on the queue). 

7. Limitations

MyLondon Beauty may reject the registration of any account or refuse to provide paid services without giving a reason.

MYLONDON BEAUTY or its suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on MYLONDON BEAUTY’s Website, even if MYLONDON BEAUTY or an authorize representative of this Website has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Refund Policy

Our company is very particular about any feedback from the users of our services. If you send us a message informing about an error, any question or just a suggestion, you will receive a fast and competent answer from our technical support team within 48 hours. As a rule all the majority of problems is solved "on the spot". Numerous positive reports concerning our specialists and products prove that perfectly well.

MYLONDON BEAUTY provides full refund of your payment in the following cases: 

• When you stably encounter an error which is preventing you from using our website, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time (more than 1 month in year) or are unable to suggest a temporary solution. 

Please, NOTE! In this case refund is only given if you provide detailed information about your error, requested by our support staff, such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, etc. 

• if you accidentally bought the service* more than once. 

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases: 

• when a user demands a refund immediately after buying the services*. 

• when a user informs us about changing his decision to buy the service*, saying he has uninstalled it and is not going to use it without giving any particular reasons. 

• when reasons which prevent a customer from proper using of our service* are stated clearly on our website. (for example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our service). 

In such cases, if you disagree with our grounds for refund refusal, you can apply to your bank and initiate a chargeback. 

Please, NOTE! In any case of refund or chargeback your registration name will be immediately blocked and you will not be able to use our website and services*.

13. Data Deletion Policy

13.1. Deleting Your Account

Users have the option to delete their account directly through the app. To do so, simply navigate to the profile section and click on the “Delete Account” button. Once the request is confirmed, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, unless required otherwise by law.

13.2. Request for Data Deletion

If you prefer not to delete your account through the app, you can also request deletion by sending an email to [email protected]. In your request, please include the email address associated with your account for verification purposes. We will process your request within 30 days and notify you when the deletion is complete.

13.3. Consequences of Deletion

Once your account is deleted, all personal data, preferences, and beauty-related history will be irretrievably removed. This action is irreversible, and you will need to create a new account if you wish to use the app again in the future.

13.4. Legal Obligations

Please note that certain information may be retained if necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or resolve disputes. This information will be stored securely and only for as long as required by law.
