Welcome to MyLondonBeauty.co.uk (“MyLondonBeauty”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites and mobile applications (iOS and Android) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


1) Definitions

  • Client: an end user who discovers, books, or purchases services from Providers through MyLondonBeauty.

  • Provider / Salon: an independent business that lists offerings, sets availability/pricing, and accepts bookings via MyLondonBeauty.

  • Account: a registered profile (Client or Provider).


2) Our Role (Marketplace Platform)

MyLondonBeauty is a platform enabling Providers to publish information, manage availability, accept bookings, and communicate with Clients. We are not a salon or practitioner and do not provide, supervise, or control any beauty or wellness services.
All services are provided by the Provider to the Client under the Provider’s sole responsibility. We are not a partyto contracts between Clients and Providers and assume no liability for bookings, treatments, payments, cancellations, no-shows, disputes, outcomes, or conduct.


3) Plans, Pricing & Changes

We offer:

  • Free Trial

  • Standard (Paid)

  • Premium (Paid)

Features and pricing are described at https://mylondonbeauty.com/pricing and may change at any time without notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


4) Free Trial → Auto-Renewing Billing (No Refunds)

By starting a Free Trial, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Auto-ConversionAt the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected at the then-current price and billing period shown on the pricing page, unless you cancel as described below.

  2. Authorization to Charge: You authorize MyLondonBeauty (and/or our payment processors) to automatically charge your payment method when the trial ends and on a recurring, auto-renewing basis thereafter until you cancel.

  3. Your Responsibility to Monitor: You are solely responsible for tracking your trial end date; we may send reminders but are not obligated to do so.

  4. No RefundsAll charges after trial end are non-refundable, including where you forgot to cancel, did not use the Services, or were dissatisfied.

  5. Immediate Access / Cooling-OffTo the extent permitted by law, by starting the trial you request immediate access to the Services and agree that we may begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge and agree to waive any statutory cooling-off rights that would otherwise allow you to cancel without charge after performance begins.


5) Billing, Auto-Renewals & Payment Failures

  • Recurring Billing: Paid plans auto-renew until canceled. You authorize recurring charges at the then-current rates.

  • Updating Payment Method: You must maintain a valid payment method. We may retry failed payments and/or suspend access until payment is received.

  • Proration: Unless we state otherwise in writing, upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

  • App Store Purchases: If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, you must manage/cancel the subscription through that store; emailing us will not cancel an app-store subscription.


6) No Refund Policy (All Plans)

All payments are final. No refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to unused time, dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, forgetting to cancel, partial periods, or termination. The Free Trial is for evaluation; post-trial charges are final.


7) Subscription Cancellation & Account Deletion

  • Cancel subscription: email [email protected] at least 3 days before your next billing date (or beforeyour trial end date for Free Trial) to avoid the next charge. Cancellations take effect at the next cycle; prior charges remain due and non-refundable.

  • Delete account: email [email protected]. We will process per our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund.


8) Provider Responsibilities (Salons)

Providers are solely responsible for: (i) accuracy and legality of listings, photos, qualifications, licenses, insurance, pricing, taxes, fees, availability, and policies; (ii) compliance with laws and standards; (iii) safe and professional service delivery; (iv) managing bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, client communications, aftercare, and disputes. Tools we offer are optional; Providers remain fully responsible for their business and compliance.


9) Clients: Bookings, Payments & Disputes

Bookings form a contract directly with the Provider under the Provider’s terms (e.g., cancellation, deposits, no-show, lateness, consultation forms). Any issues with the service (quality, timing, outcomes, reactions, damage, or dissatisfaction) must be addressed with the Provider. We may facilitate communications at our discretion but have no obligation to mediate or resolve disputes. Third-party payment processor terms may apply.


10) User & Salon Content

Providers control their content and warrant they have the rights to publish it and that it is lawful and accurate. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use submitted content to operate and improve the Services. We may remove or disable content at our discretion; we have no obligation to monitor.


11) Reviews & Feedback

Reviews must be lawful and fair. We may moderate or remove reviews at our discretion. You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use feedback and suggestions without obligation to you.


12) No Medical or Professional Advice

Information in the Services (including AI-assisted features, tips, or guidance) is general information onlynot medical advice, and not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Proceed at your own risk.


13) Availability, Changes & Data

The Services may change, be interrupted, or end at any time. We may add, modify, or remove features (including betas) without notice. You are responsible for backups. We are not liable for data loss, scheduling errors, missed notifications, overbookings, or third-party outages.


14) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, reverse-engineer, interfere with others, or post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations.


15) Third-Party Services & App Stores

The Services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., maps, payments, messaging). Their terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party services or content. Our mobile apps are subject to Apple/Google terms; Apple/Google are notresponsible for our support or claims.


16) Disclaimers (AS IS / AS AVAILABLE)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services (websites and apps) are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind—express, implied, or statutory—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or security. You accept the Services exactly as they are and agree not to assert claims arising from errors, bugs, outages, feature changes, unmet expectations, or third-party issues.


17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLondonBeauty and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill; or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
In all cases, our aggregate liability relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) £50.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligencefraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.


18) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyLondonBeauty from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your content or data; (ii) your use of the Services; (iii) your breach of these Terms or law; (iv) Provider services you offer (if a Provider) or receive (if a Client).


19) Intellectual Property

The Services and related IP are owned by MyLondonBeauty or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.


20) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate Accounts or access at any time (including for violations, fraud, risk, or inactivity). Sections that by nature survive (e.g., §§12–19, 21–22) will survive termination.


21) Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for personal data processing. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.


22) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law mandates otherwise.


23) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

25) Miscellaneous

  • Age: You must be at least 18.

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign.

  • Severability: If a provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Services.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
